I couldn't find any instructions, but the screens I played so far were intuitive, so instructions weren't needed. So far, the tasks are easy -- I would say maybe 4th grade in school, but that's only one type of task among the many that I believe are offered, so I'm looking forward to some challenges in the levels and types of games ahead. It's good brain exercise, even when it's not super-hard!
