The concept and the content of the app is good (although quite UK centric and not always super up to date) There execution could be better. Overall, the app is slow/unresponsive and clunky, requires an account for no clear reasons. A few paint points: - interface usable, but not intuitive. Took me quite a while to find out there's a map view. - Zooming on the map tends to make icons flicker. - tapping on a menu gives no direct feedback, and is overall unresponsive. Not good enough for me

Used to be great. With the latest update, the roastery down the road has been removed (even though it has a cafe and the brews are mentioned at several of the included cafes in the app). Where have the roasteries gone?? Don't like the new design. Also unclear what the premium features are? Also laggy as hell on a Pixel and WiFi. Gotten worse since previous editions. Started looking at competitors Update - map feature is crashing more than ever, and is incredibly slow on first load. Won't let you switch pages until everything has loaded, which takes forever. Getting worse and worse with each update Update: perpetually crashing. Uninstalled

Hey Will - sorry it's been a bit painful, but we updated the App last week to resolve the crashes and to dramatically improve the speed - grateful if you could give us another chance!

I travel a great deal for work and the app has proved useful for finding a good cup of coffee wherever I am. However, the coverage isn't that great outside London and the other big UK cities. It is often better just to use Google. It is very unreliable outside the UK. The app also crashes frequently. I won't be renewing my subscription.
