I purchased the app 2 weeks ago & haven't been able to watch a show yet because the app constantly freezes. We have tried watching it on the phone, tablet, & computer & they all freeze. Another thing I do not like, is if we were to miss a show, we are not able to rewind it like we have been able to in past years. I am aware that we can switch cameras & watch past shows, but we would like to be able to rewind the current show we missed or rewind the show we are currently watching if we need to

Never loads. I was able to see a video once, submitted names for the nice list, but can never see the list! Sent an email for app support so we'll see what happens. I don't have any other problems in my phone with any other app but this one. Hope they give me my money back. Breaking my daughter's heart that she can't see the nice list or watch the reindeer!

Pass on this app. It was a good idea, but poor execution. I had the previous version and this version worked "okay" last year. This year both the app and website freeze immediately as soon as you try to click past the home page. I was a subscriber in previous years, but will not be renewing (can't anyway with the glitches).
