This is the open source Bagatur Chess Engine with its own GUI (graphical user interface).
It is not as strong as Stockfish, Komodo, AlphaZero or Leela Chess Zero, but is strong enough to beat a grandmaster.
It has 16 strength levels. From level 5, it could show the search information.
The ELO rating is about 3000 and the program has a unique playing style.
In general, the application demonstrates an application of artificial intelligence (AI) into the domain of chess.
To clarify, it is not an OEX chess engine and other chess engines cannot be imported into the GUI.
Playing instructions:
1. Check the menu and make sure the strength level is appropriate.
2. Select/deselect the Human/Computer buttons for both sides according to which side you want to play and whether you play against a computer or another person.
3. Use the flip board button to change sides if you play with black.
4. Move the piece by drag and drop or by selecting from/to squares.
5. If you want, you could use the move navigation buttons to go back and forward in the move sequence.
6. It is recommended to check all settings in the menu and make sure you play with the option you like most (e.g. move animation speed, chess pieces set, colors).

2. Different modes: Human-Human, Human-Bagatur, Bagatur-Bagatur.

4. The app could show the best moves line as well as the evaluation of the board position produced by Bagatur.
5. Navigation of played move's (first, previous, next, last).

Purchased full strength app...pretty darn tough for a program that claims to be "not so strong" As a seasoned Player I definitely recommend this app for beginners and experienced Players...it's fun, easy to navigate, and has everything your looking for in an opponent, or even if you just wanna try out different strategies with Human vs Hunan. Highly recommend this, and if you want a truly aggressive opponent you've got your wish.

UPDATE - App appears to be perfectly fine, I can download the app from the Huawei App Gallery directly and there are no warnings or issues. Very well could be a general issue with Huawei phones. When downloaded from here on the PlaySl Store, my Huawei phone's onboard anti-virus said the app was infected, though this really doesn't appear to be the case otherwise the same wouldn't be on the Huawei App Gallery as well. Very nice and dedicated developer, well made engine for Chess too.

No viruses. The app is even open source... Update: Thanks a lot for telling this and sharing your experience with the other users! We were so disappointed from the anti-virus software, which reports our open source program as virus. :-( UPDATE: The app was just updated with new version - is it reported again as virus?

Purchased the full price App. As a Highly Rated Player, let me Express my delight in this Engine, and App. Easy to navigate, multiple strength levels for newer Players and highly aggressive and skilled levels for more experienced Players. This App is AMAZING....Can't wait for any future Chess Apps you you do
