As you get better, the game gets more difficult. That's good because you don't get bored. The background has stopped working. Ads pop up often after you have finished a game. Close the ad and your choice of the level for the next game shows up.

It doesn't open and of its note than one phone it's not the phone.

Sorry, it is possible that the bug is related with you specific phone. It is also possible that it is related with Android, try restart device. Usually device restart help to flush the memory.
