This is a very limited translator, and the translations are rather strange. As soon as it encounter a word that is not very common in everyday conversation then it refuse to translate, giving the English sentence as translation. Example:
- Welcome to my house --> Benvenuto a casa mia (acceptable)
- Welcome to the jungle --> Welcome to the jungle
(which should give : Benvenuti nella giungla)
Even worse is the fact that it will not help you in a real life situation since it does not translate from Italian back to English, so even if it can help you say something in Italian, you'll still be lost with the other persons Italian reply.
Much better use Google Translate, as it will help you speak, and translate the reply.
