I have Android Kitkat 4.4 with a quad core cpu and enough storage space. Unfortunately downloading is not possible; "game is not compatible with your device". This is the first time this happens and it does not state how it is incompatible. I don´t know which versions Android are supported, but it certainly is not "4.0.3 and up".
