The server can be modified as per your use-case. The app can be used to build IoT applications, for data science projects and for many more interesting use cases!

Server link: https://github.com/priyankark/SensorStreamServer (available under MIT license)

It allows you to stream real time sensor information from sensors on your phone to provided open source servers written in Python and other languages (future availability) that you can download from our Github page and run on your laptop/Raspberry PI/anywhere!! The server can be modified as per your requirement, giving you complete programmatic control over your phone's sensors. It also supports audio streaming and image streaming from your phone's camera. This opens up the possibility of building cool applications which may require a combination of some/all of these sensors!

Sensors supported include Accelerometer, GPS, Gyroscope, Light Sensor, Magnetometer, Device Orientation sensor, Proximity sensor, Steps Counter and Thermometer (subject to availability on your device). It also supports streaming images from your phone camera and streaming audio.
