Sparky is a misunderstood shark who tries to change himself to fit in — but eventually discovers that’s not the problem. As far as sharks go, Sparky is one of the nicest sharks you’ll ever meet, but people are always scared of him.

Actually, Sparky is a super nice shark who just wants to hang with people, but for obvious reasons people do not want to hang with him — do you think it could be his large imposing teeth? The story starts off when Sparky notices a sign on the beach that says “No Sharks Allowed.” Sparky tells his best pal Dax (a penguin) that he cannot go to the beach anymore, which really bothers him, and what about that Sand Sculpting Competition? The story continues on into an adventure as Sparky tries various silly ways to disguise his outer physical appearance so that he’ll fit in better, but it is not until a “Eureka” moment that Sparky the Shark finally gets it.
