Die Beschreibung hat nichts mit dem Style-Set zu tun sondern ist für die App Launcher Planet, welche jetzt Air Launcher heißt. Die App Launcher Planet also auch Air Launcher laufen aber nicht mehr auf Smartphones welche Android 4.1.2 haben. Die Beschreibung im Google Play Store zu Air Launcher ist falsch, denn dort steht ab Android Version 4.1.2 oder höher und das stimmt nicht, denn ich habe ein Smartphone mit Android 4.1.2 und mir sagt der Google Play Store, dass mein Gerät nicht kompatibel sei.
