How does it make its decision? Is it just randomly chosen? That sounds useless; I could use any random number generator for that... or flip a coin, roll a die, etc.

Could that be a life based on one such as... random choice? A flip of the coin? A roll of the dice? Reading the tea leaves? Casting the bones or the runes?

I suppose with a name like "The App - No more Difficult Decisions" at least this clearly stands out from the confusing and crowded field of well over 200+ apps on Google Play that are related to "Magic 8 Ball"!
Hmmm... how to choose one, how to choose... Say! Just use THIS app!
At least I hope it doesn't find its way into any work-hours scenarios. Can you imagine, for example, a bridge design engineer using this to decide between riveted or welded joints, or perhaps some military/political leader using this to decide whether to invade or sanction another county over oil... WAIT A MINUTE! Was the White House given this to beta-test before releasing to the rest of us in the world???
Oh, I understand and get that this is just for fun and entertainment. Actually, I think it would impress your after-work party mates as a good and scientific "what's next?" cocktail drinking decision maker, or "where to next, guys?" or "OK, babe, what would you like to try tonight?" helper.
Say, now I'm beginning to understand the truly practical and wide-ranging real-world usefulness and potential of this app...
