That's an app that would sell. Don't copy the name or the layout. An app is more flexible anyway. Come up with your own. Don't combine electronics and electrical.
Make a version for each country. Each has their own voltages, system and codes. That's where your market is. You could also add a function that could calculate the correct feeder size for a home from the sub feeds and loads.
