On testing this is really quite good.
However there is one major problem and it has nothing to do with the app itself:
I live in France and have a shed load of paperwork to do pretty much all the time; some of which requires passport photos.
But the French government insists on photos from accredited photo booths.
You get like four photos for eight euros (fairly expensive) but the photos come with a code. You upload the code to whichever massively complicated government website you're using (social security, I.D. card, driving license etc...).
If I were to submit a photo from this app and God forbid one that was taken with my phone and then edited to make it look like I'm wearing a suit they would probably kick me out of the country.
So probably useful in the UK where ID cards don't even exist. But in more bureaucratic countries I would suggest that this is probably not going to work.
Plus obviously you're going to need a printer that accepts photo paper and photo paper. Which will probably cost more than taking the bus to the nearest photo booth...
If you're a people smuggler trying to get people from France to the UK and already have a stash of fake passports this is genius! But otherwise? It has limited uses.
